What are the payment options?
Facebook, TikTok & Instagram Purchases: Payment (including postage) will be required within 24 hours of your invoice and can be made via bank transfer, card payment or PayPal.
Website Purchases: You can buy items from the site and use the hold order option so your items are not dispatched, meaning you can come back and add more at any time before deciding when you would liked them sent. NOTE: postage will need to be paid before they are shipped. In order to hold your items for delayed delivery, payment must be made. Please contact us for further details or any questions.
What is your return policy?
Returns: We want you to instantly love and connect with your purchased crystals. If for some reason you don’t then you are welcome to return them to us, however no postage fees will be refunded and you will be responsible for return postage costs including tracking. Please see our returns section for more information.
How do you post items?
Once purchased your items will be posted out as soon as possible using Royal Mail, our turnaround is normally 2-3 working days. Your shining new crystals will be sent 2nd class for orders up to the value of £30, anything over that will be shipped by tracked delivery so they are fully insured.
UK orders up to the value of £30 = £3.99 shipping
UK orders over value of £30 = £5.99 shipping, fully tracked and insured.
Hold Order Option: this means your items will not be dispatched, so you can come back and add more at any time before deciding when you would liked them sent. NOTE: postage will need to be paid still unless spending over £30. In order to hold your items for delayed delivery, payment must be made.
Where do you ship to?
We are UK based, and currently only ship within the UK, as with Brexit we do not want our customers to have unexpected import and VAT duties. However we will happily arrange a custom order for you, please email us: mysticmoonsisters@hotmail.com for a shipping quote.
Are all your crystals real?
We do not sell fake, however we do sell some manmade or man-altered crystals, these include:
Goldstone - a traditional glass with copper flakes in that was invented in Venice in the 17th Century.
Aura Crystals - these are natural crystals, usually Quartz, that have been bonded with precious metals to create the iridescent "Aura" finish
Dyed agate - these are clearly labelled in the listing as such, but we do not pretend they are meant to be any other crystal, for example dyed Howlite sold as turquoise. If you have further questions about an item, please contact us.
Will I get the exact item pictured?
Yes! For most items that are individual the picture shown is the exact one you will receive. There are exceptions to this, and they will be noted on the item, for example tumbles and palm stones, which will be picked intuitively for you.
Do you ethically source your items?
Yes! All our items are ethically sourced from trusted sources, and all our items are hand picked for you from our suppliers.
What is your sustainability policy?
We make a conscious effort to recycle our packaging, reusing what we have received in our deliveries when packaging your items, this means that bubble wrap is not brand new, but we are doing our bit for Gaia, so please keep reusing if you can!
